My friend is in the Coast Guard Boot Camp. After boot camp, he has 5 days of leave before reporting to his 1st Assignment. I am planning on going to Graduation, and I was wondering if he could travel with me or his family back home after Graduation? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
